On those cold days water waterskiing or wakeboarding it is always refreshing to have a hot beverage greet you when you come out of the water. This recipe for hot apple cider is a great boat drink to keep you warm.

Total Time: 13 hours
Ingredients:
- 1 quart apple cider
- 1 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon whole allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon whole cloves
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a two quart casserole dish and cover. Microwave on high for 5-8 minutes or until hot. Strain. Pour into a thermos or other insulated beverage holder. Take out on the boat on a cold day of waterskiing or wakeboarding. Drink when you need to warm your insides after a cold run in the water.
