Several include playgrounds for the kids, equestrian centers, kayaking, swimming pools, walking/jogging/bike paths, tennis courts, fishing opportunities, and more. Use of the facilities are restricted to home owners living in the development. In most cases, only competition boats are allowed in the lakes.
