Ski Flying

Definition: A form of waterskiing where the water-skier guides the skis over an inclined ramp to achieve distance and height. The boat travels at speeds of 35-44 mph (57-72 kmh). A ski flying ramp has a steeper incline angle than a traditional jump waterskiing ramp.

Examples: Freddy Krueger is a nightmare on water skis, terrorizing his competitors with his exciting on-the-water ski flying skills.
