Definition: A boat in which the engine is inside the hull at the back of the boat. With an inboard/outboard engine the propeller is at the rear the boat.
Pronunciation: 'in-"bord 'aut-"bord
Also Known As: I/O
Common Misspellings: Enbord, Inbord, Enboard, Outbored, Outbord
Examples: Jack likes inboard/outboard boats because you don't have to walk around a raise engine inside the rear of the boat and they also allow a full-length swim platform.
