Repairing Water Ski Boots

An About.com Waterskiing / Wakeboarding Site Visitor Writes:

"Do you have a link or information on how to best repair water ski boots. Specifically, one of the most common rips is to the front tongue of a water ski boot - usually along the line of/between the finger holes (caused by the constant pulling on of the boot). There must be a way to repair them that is reliable and can help you keep your costs down."

Does anyone have suggestions? If so pleast post them to this forum thread.
